DAILY PROGRAM

The Program was designed in a way that allows you to experience the practice with Huong, fully qualified and experienced teacher. She will assist and support you to improve and develop your practice not only during the retreat but also for your practice later at home. At the same time you will have enough time to explore the island, have fun or just take time for yourself and relax.

Day 1 – Thursday, March 1st

2:00 pm: Check-In
4:00-5:00 pm: Meet & greet, introduction to the retreat program and briefing of the Ashtanga Yoga system
6:00-7:30 pm: Led class (i.e. guided Ashtanga Yoga class)
7:00-8:00 pm: Dinner
8:00-8:30 pm: Meditation

Day 2-5 – Friday, March 2nd, to Monday, March 5th

6:00-8:00 am: Mysore class (self practice with individual support from the teacher)
8:00-9:00 am: Pramayama
9:30-10:00 am: Swimming/relax and chill at the private pool (optional)
10:00-11:00 am: Breakfast (possible to start at 9:30)
11:00-4:30 pm: Free time at the beach, pool, garden or for visiting villages etc.
4:30-6:30 pm: Workshop with different themes (see below)
7:00-8:00 pm: Dinner
8:00-8:30 pm: Meditation

Day 6 – Tuesday, March 6th

6:00-8:00 am: Mysore class (self practice with individual support from the teacher)
8:00-9:00 am: Pramayama
9:30-10:00 am: Swimming/relax and chill at the private pool (optional)
10:00-11:00 am: Breakfast (possible to start at 9:30)
11:00-11:30 am: Check-Out

Note that small changes to the schedule are possible.

Food:

This retreat is a chance to experience healthy raw and vegan Thai food.
